
Rev Dr Roy Musasiwa has been happily married to Dr Sylvia Musasiwa for 51 years since 1974, and the couple have been blessed with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
He is the founding and current principal of Domboshawa Theological – a non-denominational institution that offers Diploma, Degree and Masters programmes in affiliation with the Zimbabwe Open University and Africa University. He also runs TOPAZ (Trainers of Pastors Association of Zimbabwe) – an organization that runs non-formal training of pastors and pastoral leaders up to Advanced Certificate Level. He previously held positions as General Secretary of the Fellowship of Christian Unions, local church pastor, and General Secretary of the Baptist Union of Zimbabwe.
His education was accomplished in several Universities including the University of Zimbabwe, UNISA, the Australian College of Theology and finally the University of Natal where he obtained his PhD in Missiology and African Theology.
Dr Musasiwa’s personal mission in life is raising leaders of integrity who are transformational agents in various churches, businesses, communities and the nation of Zimbabwe and beyond. Apart from doing this through Domboshawa Theological College he has also been a radio producer and presenter of a programme called Tools for Wise Leadership at Transworld Radio. He is also a conference speaker and a mentor of other leaders.

Sithembiso Tshakalisa Sithole is the Dean of Students and a lecturer at Domboshawa Theological College. He holds a Master’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of Zimbabwe, a BA Honours in Religious Studies, Classics, and Philosophy from the same institution, as well as a Diploma in Religious Studies and another Diploma in Pastoral Studies obtained from Domboshawa Theological College.
Mrs Sithembiso Tshakalisa Sithole

Mrs I Chandiwana serves as the Librarian cum lecturer at Domboshawa Theological College and fellowships with Hatcliffe Faith Community Church under DeeperHarvest MInistries International). She holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Science Management and a Diploma in Pastoral Studies. She has extensive experience in librarianship and pastoral ministry. Research interests include Theology, Church and Society, Ethics and Religion, Human Rights and Gender Studies and Chemical Engineering.

Mrs. L Chiwandika is currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the Principal and is also the Librarian. She holds a National Certificate and a Diploma in Library and Information Science from Harare Polytechnic, as well as a Diploma in Pastoral Studies from Domboshawa Theological College. Additionally, she has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science from the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU).

Tembinkosi Tshabalala is an Administrator who holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe. He also possesses a Diploma in Pastoral Studies from Domboshawa Theological College and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Theology and Religious Studies from the same institution.
