The Principal

Dr Roy Musasiwa (PhD, MTh, BEd, BA, Grad CE)

Dr Musasiwa, a member of the Baptist Church, has been principal of the college since its inception in 1992. He has drawn upon a great wealth of skills and experience in teaching, pastoring, management and administration to guide Domboshawa through the many turbulent changes of its existence.

Rev Mahachi was ordained Pastor after spending five years in preparation for ministry. In January 2005, rev Mahachi joined DTC with determination to make a significant impact in the lives of future pastors and Christian leaders.

Mrs Sithembiso Tshakalisa Sithole is a former DTC student and now Dean of Students and lecturer. She is a member in the Executive of the Association of Theological Colleges in Zimbabwe (ACTEZ).

Rev Munorwei Chirovamavi has pastoral experience of over 20 years, and is now Senior Pastor at Tafara Baptist Church in Harare. He has taught theological and Religious Studies in seminaries and universities since 2001.

Rev David Mudimba is the founder and senior pastor of Praise Grace Ministries International. He teaches on leadership and family life in Zimbabwe and other countries.
